Built to the same exacting standards as every other kitchen we make with optimum value for money Basik delivers on our principles of creating a less wasteful, more considered kitchen at an affordable price.
BASIK is available in 2 colours, White or Light Grey (it looks really cool!). You get the same high-quality construction and the same premium BLUM drawers and hinges we use on our premium range. We made BASIK affordable by using a pre-finished, 18mm, white or grey melamine faced birch plywood for both the kitchen cabinets and the door and drawer fronts. BASIK features an inset door style with a niche for the door and drawer pulls exposing the full beauty of the plywood end grain.
We get many customers coming to our website enquiring about replacement kitchen doors for IKEA cabinets. Whilst we have been happy to provide this service we do not think this option represents the best value for money for the customer. Why put expensive premium doors on a cheap chipboard cabinet? Basik puts a bespoke plywood kitchen within the range of customers on a more limited budget. It combines affordability with integrity of design and quality construction.
